Please read entire Policy before filling out form on RETURNS link and follow instructions provided.

Our policy lasts 45 days from Date of Purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, all items must be in original, unused, unworn condition with no defects, no stains, no pet hair, no smells (cigarette smoke, perfumes, etc...), or any signs that the item has been worn or used, with all tags attached with the return.

  • Please note due to sanitary reasons, the following items will not be eligible for return or exchange: swimwear, intimates, undergarments, bras, bandeau's, and hair accessories (including hats and beanies). There will be no exceptions on these items. 
  • Please allow up to 5-10 business days to process your return once we receive it.
  • All Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless choosing Store Credit or Exchange. You will not be charged a restocking fee for Store Credit or Exchanges.
  • Final Sale Items are not eligible for return.

    Defects or Damaged Items:

    • Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. Please be sure to inspect your items within 3 days of receiving your delivery for defects and issues. Contact email: 
    • All defects and issues must be notified via email or text within that 3 day window, and must include order number and images of the issue.

    • Any item defects found after 3 days of receiving the shipment will be assessed a restocking fee to be returned.

    • We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period of time, removed tags, washed or worn it.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase such as your Order number (ex. #1001) and the name you placed your order under.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    Any item not in its original condition, worn, stained, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be rejected, and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense.

    Any item that is returned more than 45 days from Date of Purchase will be rejected, and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense.

    Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Exchanges (if applicable)
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, fill out a return form on the RETURNS link and send your item to: Boho Beach Hut 5245 Vista Blvd Suite 167 Sparks, NV 89436 United States.

    You, as a customer, are responsible for providing Boho Beach Hut the Correct Mailing Address. Boho Beach Hut is NOT responsible for items that have been mailed to the provided address, if that mailing address was entered incorrectly by you, the Customer. We, at Boho Beach Hut, will try to track down the product if it was returned to sender. Not all packages that are mailed to incorrectly provided addresses are Returned. These Packages are considered LOST or STOLEN after being delivered. Boho Beach Hut is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or stolen Packages once Delivered. Please contact your local Post Office and provide them with your tracking number/s for further assistance.

    We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. If for any reason your package says it was delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact your local Post Office and provide them with your tracking number/s for further assistance. 

    Packages are not insured, so make sure you are shipping to a secure location.

    Shipping charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for returned shipping costs, lost or stolen packages.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Each item is photographed to its very best to display accurate colors, measurements and patterns. Please beware that various computer/mobile devices have different color display profiles. Items with slight variances will not be considered defective, as each item may be unique in pattern/color.


    Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation requests will be honored in the first 30 minutes of order being placed and if the following have been met:

    • Product or products have not already been assigned a Tracking number.
    • The Vendors don't deny the cancellation, due to order processing and fulfillment.
    • Not all orders have the same vendors and some or part of an order may be canceled, while other parts may not due to the above reasons.
    • Also note that if a FREE item has already been shipped before the Cancellation has been requested, the order may not be cancelled or customer will be charged the full true value of the "Free" Product. For Example: The Free bangle would be a $19.95 charge + Tax.
