Boho Beach LOVES to find our Customers great products at an affordable price, while striving to provide excellent Customer Service. We are here to answer any questions you many have about our Products, Changes in your Order or Shipments.
Most of our products are hand-made from vendors all over the world. This is how we can Provide Free Shipping Worldwide and have competitive Prices, so shipping times will vary and orders may come in separate packages. Our Products are shipped from Italy, Portugal, Spain, China and United States.
Packages are not insured, so make sure you are shipping to a secure location.
FREE - International Shipping is Subject to a 20-45 Day Shipping Time.
FREE - Domestic Shipping is Subject to 12-20 Day Shipping Time
Great Question, In order to get the great selection of items on our Site, we use Drop Shipping. This means all of our products are awaiting shipping in a warehouse by a 3rd party logistics company. We don’t have control on the shipping times, but we do have control on whether or not you get charged for shipping. So, all Customers will receive FREE SHIPPING to compensate for the long delivery times.
HAS MY PRODUCT SHIPPED?
All customers should have received an email confirming your order, followed by an email giving you a Tracking Number. This may take 24 hours or up to 7 days (holidays pending), then you can track your product for a more accurate date.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LATE?
A true late order is at the 45-day mark from Date of Purchase. We agree 100% that is not acceptable. But once again that is one thing out of our control by Drop Shipping. All we can do is Compensate our Customers. If your order has not been received at the 45-day mark. Keep the product when it arrives and we will REFUND 100% of your money.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT OR THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED
In either case we apologize for the inconveniences that you may have experienced. We are using a 3rd party drop shipping company to package and ship our merchandise. Please submit a RETURNS form and follow the directions. We can either issue a refund or ship you out the correct or new undamaged product.
WHAT IF MY PRODUCT SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED, BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT?
We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location. Please contact your local Post Office with your tracking number/s available.
HOW DO I PROCESS OR START A REFUND?
At the bottom lower left side of our website we have a Refund tab. When you select this tab, you enter your Name and Order number.
YOU MUST HAVE THIS IN ORDER TO PROCESS A REFUND.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once you place an order with Boho Beach Hut and your payment is received, our fulfillment center is automatically notified. We are only able to cancel your order if the fulfillment center has not yet processed and shipped your product to the listed address. If your order has already been shipped, then Boho Beach Hut will be unable to cancel your order. But once you received your order and you wish to return it, please fill out a RETURNS Form and follow the Refund Policy.
WHAT IF I THE CUSTOMER ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS?
You, as a customer, are responsible for providing Boho Beach Hut the Correct Mailing Address. Boho Beach Hut is NOT responsible for items that have been mailed to the provided address, if that mailing address was entered incorrectly by you, the Customer. We, at Boho Beach Hut, will try to track down the product if it was returned to sender. Not all packages that are mailed to incorrectly provided addresses are Returned. These Packages are considered LOST or STOLEN after being delivered. Boho Beach Hut is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or stolen Packages once Delivered. Please contact your local Post Office and provide them with your tracking number/s for further assistance.
