Our products are sourced globally and fulfilled from both U.S. and international fulfillment centers. For U.S. customers, we always try to ship from our U.S. facilities first for faster delivery. If an item is not available domestically, it may ship from one of our international facilities, which can extend delivery times.
Estimated delivery times are 3–12 business days for U.S. orders and 7–20 business days for international orders. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to holidays, customs, carrier delays, or fulfillment location.
Packages are not insured. We recommend shipping to a safe and secure location to help prevent loss or theft.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your item ships, you will receive a separate email with tracking information. Tracking is usually sent within 24 hours to 7 days, although holidays may affect this timeframe.
You can track your order using the Shipping Tracker link on our website. Simply enter your tracking information to view the latest updates on your package.
If your order has not arrived within 45 days of purchase, it is considered late. If the item arrives after that timeframe, you may keep the product and we will issue a full refund.
We sincerely apologize if this happens. Please submit a return request through our website and include clear photos of the item you received. Once reviewed, we can help with a replacement, refund, or return instructions depending on the issue.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Boho Beach Hut is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office or shipping carrier with your tracking number for assistance.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to update the address. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes. Boho Beach Hut is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
To begin a return, please visit the Refund Policy link at the bottom of our website and follow the return instructions. You will need your name, email address, and order number to complete the request.
We gladly accept eligible returns within 45 days from date of purchase for store credit or exchanges only. Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, and have all tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for returns.
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Because we begin preparing orders quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellation requests. If your order has already shipped, you may follow our return process once the item arrives.
