Shipping Information

 

Where do your products come from?

Our products are sourced globally and are stored at international fulfillment centers. For U.S. customers, we prioritize shipping from our U.S. facilities to ensure faster delivery. If an item is out of stock domestically, it will ship from international facilities in Spain, China, the United Kingdom, or Portugal, which may extend delivery times.

 

How long does shipping take?

Domestic (U.S.): 3–20 days

International: 7-20 days

Please note, shipping times are estimates and may vary.

 

Are packages insured?

Packages are not insured. We recommend shipping to a secure location to avoid loss or theft.

 

Order Tracking

 

How do I know if my product has shipped?

You will receive an email confirming your order, followed by a tracking number email within 24 hours to 7 days (holidays may affect this timeframe).

 

How can I track my order?

You can track your order using the Shipping Tracker link under the “About Us” tab or by selecting the Shipping Tracker option on our website.

 

Order Issues

 

What if my order is late?

If your order has not arrived within 45 days of purchase, it is considered late. You may keep the product if it arrives later, and we will issue a full refund.

 

What if I receive the wrong item or my item is damaged?

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Please submit a Returns Form on our website and follow the instructions. We can issue a refund or ship a replacement product.

 

What if my product says it was delivered, but I didn’t receive it?

Boho Beach Hut is not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered. Contact your local post office with your tracking number for assistance.

 

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

 

How do I process a return or refund?

To initiate a return, go to the Refund Policy link at the bottom left of our website. Enter your name and order number to begin the process. You will need this information to complete your return.

 

What is your refund policy?

Returns are eligible for store credit or exchanges only. Please ensure items are returned in their original condition, unworn and unused, with tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for returns.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. If your order has already shipped, you can return it by following our Refund Policy after it arrives.

 

What if I entered the wrong address?

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Boho Beach Hut is not liable for lost or stolen packages due to incorrect addresses. If the package is returned to sender, we will do our best to resend it, but this is not guaranteed.
