Return Policy

Our return policy is valid for 45 days from the date of purchase. To initiate a return, please visit the RETURNS link on our website and follow the provided instructions.

 

To qualify for a return:

Items must be in original, unused, and unworn condition, with no defects, stains, pet hair, smells (e.g., smoke or perfume), or signs of wear.

All tags must be attached (if applicable).

 

Non-Returnable Items:

For sanitary reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Swimwear, intimates, undergarments, bras, bandeaus, hair accessories (including hats and beanies).

 

Processing Time:

Returns will be processed within 5–10 business days of receipt. Refunds are issued as store credit or as an exchange.

 

Final Sale Items:

Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.

 

Defects or Damaged Items

Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Defects or issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

Email us with your order number and photos of the defect.

Returns for defects reported after 3 days may incur a restocking fee. Items that have been worn, washed, or had tags removed will not be accepted.

 

Return Process

Provide proof of purchase (e.g., RMA, order number and name associated with the order).

Items not in their original condition, or returned after 45 days, will be rejected. You will be responsible for shipping costs if rejected items need to be returned to you.

Do not send items back to the manufacturer or mark items as “Return to Sender.” These will not be received, and no refunds will be issued.

 

Refunds

Refunds are issued as store credit unless otherwise specified.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection via email.

Approved refunds will include a store credit code sent to the email provided.

 

Exchanges

For defective or damaged items, exchanges are only allowed.

To request an exchange, submit a return request via the RETURNS link.

 

Customer Responsibilities

Ensure the provided shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses or for lost/stolen packages after delivery.

Contact your local post office for assistance if your package shows as delivered but is missing.

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.

 

Product Information

Items are photographed to best represent their colors, patterns, and measurements. However, slight variations may occur and are not considered defects.

 

Late Orders

Orders delayed beyond 45 days from the date of purchase will be refunded. Customers may keep the product if it arrives after this time.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be made within 30 minutes of placing an order and are subject to the following conditions:

The order has not been assigned a tracking number.

Vendors have not already begun processing and fulfillment.
