At Boho Beach Hut, we want every order to be handled with care. Please review our return, refund, exchange, cancellation, and shipping address guidelines below before starting a return.

Returns

What is your return policy?

 

Our return policy is valid for 45 days from the date of purchase. To begin a return, please visit our Returns Page and follow the instructions provided.

What items qualify for a return?

 

To qualify for a return, items must be in original, unused, and unworn condition. Items must be free of defects, stains, pet hair, smells such as smoke or perfume, and any signs of wear. All tags must be attached, if applicable.

What items cannot be returned?

 

For sanitary reasons, swimwear, intimates, undergarments, bras, bandeaus, hair accessories, hats, and beanies cannot be returned or exchanged. Items marked as Final Sale are also not eligible for return.

How long does it take to process a return?

 

Returns are processed within 5–10 business days after they are received and inspected. Approved returns are issued as store credit or exchange only.

Defects or Damaged Items

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?

 

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Defects or issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Please email us with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review your request.

Can I return a defective item after 3 days?

 

Defects reported after 3 days may be subject to a restocking fee. Items that have been worn, washed, used, or had tags removed will not be accepted.

Return Process

What do I need to start a return?

 

Please provide proof of purchase, such as your RMA, order number, and the name or email address associated with the order. Returns must be submitted through our Returns Page.

What happens if my return is rejected?

 

Items that are not in original condition, do not meet our return requirements, or are returned after 45 days will be rejected. If rejected items need to be sent back to you, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Can I send my return back to the manufacturer?

 

No. Please do not send items back to the manufacturer or mark packages as “Return to Sender.” These packages may not be received, and no refund or store credit will be issued.

Refunds & Exchanges

How are refunds issued?

 

Refunds are issued as store credit or exchanges only. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email if your return has been approved or rejected. Approved returns will receive a store credit code sent to the email provided.

Do you offer exchanges?

 

Yes. Exchanges are available for eligible returns. For defective or damaged items, exchanges are the only replacement option. To request an exchange, please submit your request through our Returns Page.

Are shipping costs refundable?

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses unless otherwise approved by Boho Beach Hut.

Customer Responsibilities

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

 

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Boho Beach Hut is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses or for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

What if my package says delivered but I did not receive it?

 

If your package shows as delivered but is missing, please contact your local post office or shipping carrier with your tracking number for assistance.

Product Information

Are product colors and measurements exact?

 

We photograph items to best represent their colors, patterns, and measurements. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, fabric placement, or production differences. These slight variations are not considered defects.

Late Orders

What happens if my order is delayed?

 

Orders delayed beyond 45 days from the date of purchase are eligible for a refund. If the item arrives after this timeframe, customers may keep the product.

Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

 

Cancellation requests must be made within 30 minutes of placing your order. Cancellations are only possible if the order has not been assigned a tracking number and our vendors have not already started processing or fulfillment.

Is there an incorrect address I should avoid?

 

Yes. Please do not select or ship to 5245 Vista Heights. This is a private residence and is not affiliated with Boho Beach Hut. Some customers have selected this incorrect address by mistake due to carrier autofill suggestions, which can cause delays or misdeliveries.

To help ensure your return is received and processed quickly, always verify that the address says Vista Blvd, F-3 Suite 167.
