How to Apply

1. Create an Account: Sign up on our website.

2. Complete the Application: Fill out the Wholesaler Application Form using the link above.

3. Approval Notification: Applications are reviewed within three business days. If approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

How to Order

• Log into your account to access wholesale pricing directly in our general shop.

• All wholesale prices are displayed on each product page once logged in.

Wholesale Pricing

• Authorized Retailers: Receive 30% off retail prices, plus FREE SHIPPING (Domestic & International).

• Trade Clients (e.g., Interior Designers, Architects): Receive 20% off retail prices, plus FREE SHIPPING.

• Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

Order Requirements

• Opening Orders: $500 minimum required for first-time orders. Payment must be completed before shipment.

• Reorders: $300 minimum required for subsequent orders.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Any changes or cancellations must be emailed to us within 30 minutes of placing the order.

• Changes cannot be made once products are processed or assigned a shipping tracker ID.

Payment Methods

We accept payments through Stripe, PayPal, and Shop Pay.

Delivery & Shipping

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary between 3–20 days depending on item availability and quantity ordered.
• FREE Shipping/Handling applies to both domestic and international locations.
• Boho Beach Hut reserves the right to select the carrier for all shipments.

Damages & Defects

• Inspect shipments immediately upon arrival.

• Report damaged or defective items within 3 days of receipt by contacting us.

• Returned defective merchandise will be replaced. Items held for more than 15 days will not be accepted.

Returns & Exchanges

• Wholesale merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.

Important Notes

• We strongly recommend that all wholesalers purchase sample orders of the product lines they wish to carry.

• Wholesale orders are shipped directly from our vendor partners.

• Boho Beach Hut does not accept refunds on wholesale orders.
